With Cash Management
Set up multiple users within your organization with restricted or full access to Cash Management functions and accounts. Each user can be set up according to your specifications allowing them to access only what’s authorized by you. This ability allows you to set up a dual control method, which is recommended, to minimize error and to safeguard your company from internal fraudulent activity.

Our online wire service allows you to have complete control over your domestic wire needs.

Set up and transmit domestic wire transfers until 2:00pm (EST) with our easy to use online wire form.

Set up and store wire instructions on our system with our recurring wire option - When you are ready to transmit the wire transfer, simply enter the amount and transmit the wire.

A wire limit is established for your business and you can establish a different wire limit for each user if needed.
As an added security measure, personalized wire passwords for wire initiation and call back procedures for large wires are also used for authentication.

Direct Deposit
Offer your employees or clients direct deposit with our ACH options. Utilize Direct Deposit to transfers funds into a consumer's bank account. Direct Deposit can represent a variety of products such as, payroll, bonuses, advances, payments, and much more.

Direct Debit
Direct Debit benefits companies with billing operations, allowing you to electronically debit a consumer’s bank account for payment. The consumer grants the company, by written authorization, to initiate periodic charges to his or her account as bills become due. Direct debit is primarily used for utility, rent, or mortgage payments, membership dues, and other obligations.
State and Federal Tax Payments
Send your state and federal tax payments using our Cash Management ACH Options. You must first enroll with the respected parties below, before you can begin sending your tax payments online with Cash Management.

State Tax Payments - Visit www.obg.ohio.gov or call the Ohio Department of Taxation at 1-866-OHIO-GOV.
When requesting an enrollment form be sure to mention that you will be sending your taxes ACH credit via your financial institution.
Cash Concentration and Disbursement
Cash concentration and disbursement allows companies to achieve efficiencies in cash management through timely intra-company transfer of funds. The Cash Concentration and Disbursement application can be used to either distribute or consolidate funds between corporate entities. Using this application, a limited amount of payment related data could be included with the funds transfer if needed.
Corporate Trade Payments
Corporate trade payments enable corporations to exchange both data and funds with trading partners, facilitating an automated process of updating their account receivable and accounts payable systems. The Corporate Trade Exchange application supports the transfer of funds (debit
or credit), within a trading partner relationship, in which a message or payment related information is sent with the funds transfer using multiple addenda records.

Your Casual E-Banker will compare and match each item automatically providing Full Reconciliation of your account. This process can be run daily or as frequent as your needs demand.
Using Your Casual E-Banker, your company uploads an accounting file each time you issue checks. Account Reconciliation reports can be customized to fit your needs.
Your Account Reconciliation file can be uploaded or entered manually and the formatting requirements are very flexible so virtually any software program you utilize can provide the file for upload.

Utilizing our online Bill Payment service, you can pay anyone, anywhere in the U.S. using the convenience of the internet. This service is secure and a fast way to pay your bills.

Your Casual E-Banker Bill Pay Features

Pay bills from multiple checking accounts - You have the option to set up any checking account to pay bills from within Your Casual E-Banker.

Multiple Payments - This function allows you to set up multiple payments (up to 5) at one time.

One-time & Recurring Payments - Set up one-time payments on the date you specify or set up recurring payments on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. You control when your payment starts and when your payment stops being made.

Payment Types - North Valley Bank sends payments two ways, electronically or by check. We have a variety of payees set up to accept electronic payments. If we can not send the payee an electronic payment, we will send a check payment on your behalf.

Payment Schedule - The payment schedule gives you the ability to view, edit, or delete any payment. The schedule will show you which payments are scheduled to go out and on what date.

Payment History - The payment history gives you the ability to keep track of what payments have been made. Detailed payment information will display such as the date your payment was made and the confirmation/check number.

Payees - You have the ability to view, edit, add, or delete any payee.
